The carnegie at Washingtonian center

Located at Downtown Crown in Gaithersburg, HD2 worked collaboratively with Studio Six 5 (interior designer) to develop a new Discovery Center. The center was a conversion of a retail space (approx. 3,500 square feet) to feature an open area for guests, sales offices, director’s offices, restrooms and a complete model of a 2-bedroom unit. The overall purpose of the project was to provide a sales center for potential future residence to gather information and view a 2-bedroom unit while the new building is under construction.
